Promotional Employees  -  Part Time & Seasonal 

Promote company products for the purpose of creating public interest in buying the product. Promotional employees may be required to dress in branded attire and to be socially engaging while maintaining the company's standards of conduct.

Makes appearances at special events, bars, clubs, liquor stores and other venues for the purpose of attracting attention to and to promote specific beer products or brands   

Present and explain products, methods, or services in order to persuade customers to purchase products 

Provide product samples, informational brochures, and other incentives to persuade people to purchase the products 

Take pictures with patrons and other consumers and on occasion engage in sporting activities related to the particular event        

Record and report promotion related information such as the number of consumers approached and purchases made              

Suggest specific product purchases to meet customers' needs while communicating the features         

Transport, assemble and disassemble materials used in presentations.         

Identify interested and qualified customers in order to provide them with additional information        

Practice presentations to ensure that they will run smoothly        

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Must be at least 21 years old;  High School or GED preferred
• Must be able to pass pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check
• Must understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Ability to work with scheduled and varying times
• Must be available as requested for weekends and holidays
• Valid driver's license

Physical Demands
Employee is regularly required to drive to account locations and stand, walk, reach, climb, bend, twist, squat, crouch, and grasp with hands/fingers. 

Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to work in diverse establishments where alcohol is sold/consumed and where cigarette smoke may be present. The employee is required to spend time in a vehicle traveling to account locations in varying weather and traffic conditions. The employee may be required to work flexible hours, including evening, weekends, and/or holidays in order to accommodate customer needs or special events. The noise level in customer environments may range from moderate to loud.
