The Repack Specialist maintains quality standards for beverage cases and kegs returned, damaged or out of code in the warehouse. Quality standards also include repackaging product by adhering to strict supplier guidelines. The Repack Specialist engages in physical and machine-assisted labor to move beverage cases and kegs in, out, and around the warehouse in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma/GED with ability to compute basic math functions
- Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screen, criminal background check and reference check
- Must be committed to the responsible use of alcohol and understand and adhere to local and federal alcohol related laws
- Must be able to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit or stand for an extended period of time; talk, hear, climb, balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, reach, bend, twist, turn, squat, and carry on a repetitive basis. This employee must have the ability to lift 160 lbs. from ground level; ability to pull 2100 lbs. with the use of a pallet jack; ability to push 250 lbs. with the use of a two wheel hand card. Ability to lift 30 lbs. overhead level. Ability to climb a ladder or step stool. This employee may lift or move an average of 50 lbs and/or up to 169 lbs. with or without a hand truck.
