Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma/GED with ability to compute basic math functions
• Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screen & criminal background check
• Must be able to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures

Essential Functions

• Adherence to OSHA safety standards & company safety policies & procedures
• Occasional weekends/holidays
• Ability to locate products by bar code, package description or Voice to Pick system
• Compute basic math without a calculator
• Operate the pallet jack & all appropriate equipment with skill, & according to OSHA & company rules & regulations
• Meet the minimum productivity requirements
• Assist with keg staging in cooler as needed
• Stacks products on pallets according to product size, shape & strength, & appropriate numbers per layer to ensure stability, product visibility, & accuracy
• May replenish product “pick spot” from back stock areas by moving products to the front of the warehouse and placing in designated locations; may stack “pick spot” according to required heights based on seasonal needs
• Labels products or wrapped pallets with appropriate identifying information
• Maintains a clean warehouse environment through cleaning duties such as sweeping, removal of debris or products in walkways, & cleaning of products and equipment
• May be assigned as a Quality Control Checker
